All products are crafted with the highest quality materials, design and workmanship, completely made in Tuscany. In order to preserve your item in time please follow the washing and iroining instructions from the inside label or else take it for professional wash.

The colors displayed on the website are a fairly faithful reproduction of the originals.  However there could be little discrepancies between the actual colors of the items and those displayed online due to the resolution of the monitor and the browser used.

We accept all credit and debit cards, as well as Paypal.

All payments made on are encrypted. No data nor information concerning your payment method will be stored anywhere nor will be shared elsewhere. Every purchase is made in complete safety using Wix Payments certified secure servers and ATW and adoption of the most advanced encryption systems (SSL). We use only secure connections, as shown by the prefix "https" and the lock symbol that appears in the browser address bar.
To protect your purchases with a credit card, every order will be asked to enter the CVV code.

Prices are displayed in Euro and include VAT.





If you would like to return an item, you must notify GOR within 14 days from the date of delivery. You will then have 14 days from the notification date

to return your item.

Returned merchandise must meet the requirements below in order to be accepted for a refund:

  • The products must be in their unused original condition, with all tags attached and any special packaging and accessories included - incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items cannot be accepted

  • The return must be requested within 14 days from delivery of the order

  • The parcel must be handed to the courier within 14 days from return authorisation

  • The parcel can only be returned from the original shipping Country/Region

  • The products were purchased online on and not in affiliated stores

Once we verify the integrity of the items we will accept the return and process the refund. Verifying the items is expected to take 3 to 5 business days.The refund will be issued as soon as possible after the return has been accepted, directly to the card or PayPal account used for the original purchase, and in the same currency.You should see the refund on your balance approximately wihin one week from our confirmation email. Exact timing will depend on banking procedures.

GOR will accept the exchanges (size or colour) after checking the availability of the products requested as a replacement.





You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details, once your order has been placed with the courier, which will include a link to track your parcel. Please note that the tracking number will be activated within 24 hours after the order has been dispatched, therefore you may not find any updates immediately after shipment. If so, we kindly ask you to check again the following day.

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Italian holidays (January 1 and 6, Easter Monday, April 25, May 1, June 2, August 15, November 1, December 8, 25 and 26 ).

GOR is not responsible for any unanticipated delays beyond our control (Covid-19 or other).

The shipping costs are as follows:

  • ITALY FREE delivery (2/3 working days)

  • EU countries € 10 (4/5 working days)

  • Extra EU countries € 20  (delivery time dipends on your country)

*Shipping is free of charge for amounts equal to or greater than € 150 for all coutries.
